Experience
35 years of aviation experience, including 10 Years recent experience as
FAA Aviation Safety Inspector, with the following responsibilities:
- Over 450 Pilot certification functions on the Boeing 737, Lockheed
L-382 and British Aerospace 146.
- Team leader on 3 NASIP and 2 RASIP inspections conducted on FAR 121
certificated carriers
- Team leader on 3 different Aviation Safety Inspector Handbook development
teams. Handbooks were designed to provide inspectors with detailed information
on FAR 121 operations.
- FAR 121 Flight Operations Specialist participating in the initial
certification of 4 Air Carriers Certificated under FAR 121/119.
- Occasional temporary assignments to FAA Academy to teach FAR 135 and
FAR 121 inspector job functions. Participated in development of FAR
119 initial draft.
- Developed and implemented system wide customer survey process for
use by the FAA Flight Standards organization. Detailed on multiple occasions
to Washington D.C. Headquarters to manage this project.
